AVADE® Caring Safely™ Workplace Violence Prevention for Nurses & Caregivers E-Learning equips healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to recognize escalating behaviors and respond effectively to workplace violence incidents. Participants learn how to identify risk factors and apply strategies to avoid, de-escalate, defend against, or escape violent situations.
This e-learning program serves as the foundation for the AVADE® Caring Safely™ Workplace Violence Prevention for Nurses & Caregivers in-person training experience.
During in-person training, participants engage in realistic role-playing scenarios, hands-on defensive techniques, and interactive discussions that reinforce workplace violence prevention principles and build confidence in responding to real-world situations.
